About Me
My name is Qingyin Ma, and I am a Professor of Economics and the Dean of the International School of Economics and Management (ISEM) at Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB).
My primary research interests include Quantitative / Mathematical Economics and Macroeconomics. My recent work has focused on wealth inequality and asset pricing, with an emphasis on quantifying the impact of capital income risk on wealth inequality and analyzing the dynamics of interest rates and commodity prices.
I am passionate about mathematics and programming, particularly in Python and Julia. My secondary research interests include Dynamic Programming Theory and Stochastic Stability.
